Faith Committee

Our Faith Committee brings together teachers, teaching assistants and governors throughout the year to reflect on how effectively our Christian vision shapes the lived experience of the school.

The committee considers how our vision and values influence collective worship, relationships, curriculum decisions and opportunities for spiritual development. Members review policies and practice, consider feedback from pupils and identify meaningful improvements.

The committee helps ensure that our Christian vision remains active and relevant. It provides both support and challenge, asking how well our decisions enable children and adults to flourish, become hope-bringers and show God’s love to others.

Its work contributes directly to school evaluation and improvement, ensuring that Christian distinctiveness continues to develop in response to the needs of our pupils and community.
